For those who were turned into vampires during the blackout last year, how many of you have chosen to remain as you are now? For those that have made the decision to return to your former selves, or are in the process of it, I want to enquire about your experiences with the antidote.

I am considering attempting it for myself, so it would be useful to know what I can expect beyond what they initially told us.

Guess what!!! My birthday's at the end of the month but who cares about that right now because Rui-kun's birthday is in a week and we're gonna have a huge party at Mega Waterland!!!

They have slides and waves and water fights and a go-kart track and it's gonna be so much fun!!!!
Also you should get him a present but even if you don't get him a present because you don't have a lot of money or something then that's okay you should come anyway!

(Though if you do want to come to my birthday at the end of the month you can do that too, we're gonna go to the beach it'll be great)

Sonic-kun (fluffy one) and I were talking on his post about the Pride stuff they had where he's from so we were like, why not do that? So! This weekend! That one park in Amberfall they used to hold the Arts Festival at before it moved to the Titanic Dome! Barbecue party thing! We're just gonna be having fun and there's food and I guess if you wanna sell stuff there you can! Or sing! That's fun too!

Hi! Next month I'll be running a small player plot involving a heart game for Evangeline. If you're not familiar with heart games, they involve a character's CR entering a representation of their psyche in order to fix some problem, with possibility of affecting that character long-term.

Over the course of several missions and player plots, Evangeline has killed a bunch of gang members, and now a handful of gangsters of different groups have banded together to take revenge on her. She will be cursed, and while she will be rescued from the gangsters themselves, the curse that amplifies her trauma and pain will need a heart game to remove it, as if left unchecked it will escalate to the point where the constant panic will overwork her heart and cause a heart attack.

There will be a log for everyone who either wants to participate in the heart game or is just there to fret to mingle, but actual runs through the heart game will be done with individuals or small groups - ICly the heart doesn't know how to deal with the idea of a lot of people wanting to help her, and OOCly, this is so that runs are relatively streamlined and people aren't stuck in plot limbo for weeks.

There will also be triggering subjects! Ones I know for sure are going to be included are cannibalism, many kinds of gore, supernaturally induced depression and hopelessness, madness-induced murder, and self-blame. If you would like to avoid any of these topics, or anything else that might conceivably come up, please let me know and I will steer your character around those areas!

[Ellipsa is greeted by the visage of a big, mean-looking turtle. Ox. Dragon. Something like that. He sets the device down and crosses his arms.]

So, I'm stuck here, huh? The King of the Koopas himself reduced to being held in some weird new world with no way back home. [There's a gruff snort, with a small, toothy smirk.] 'Least this world boasts some extra powers, I guess. You need more brains and brawn? You got me, now, so point me in the direction of any trouble.

[A pause, as his expression turns more annoyed.]

And while you're at it, how about pointing me in the direction of a castle I can take over or something. If I'm staying here, the least I could use is a nice, roomy living space, not some tiny one-room place.

[He picks the device up with a grin, going to turn the feed off.]

Name's Bowser. Don't forget it!

[Izuku is beaming and all but bouncing on his feet as he turns on the feed to record on his phone. He steps back and basically Will Smith poses at a a scrawny, blonde man who some might vaguely recognize the hair from when teeny Izuku had been running around as a kid dressed up as a few months back? Possibly.]

Everyone! Look who's here! All Might is here! He's here! The one I've been telling people about!

[Yeah. This guy. This is Japan's Number One Hero. Or. He was. Before he retired because he was losing his Quirk after passing it on to Izuku and everything. Izuku just seems so excited and happy, though. Even if the guy doesn't look all that impressive to be a hero. To be nearly as strong and inspirational as he might have made everyone think with his stories about All Might, especially when he was a bitty for a bit there.

All Might gives a wave, chiming in with 'Yes! I am here!' before Izuku continues his introduction.]

He's the one who inspired me to become a hero. One of the teachers at our school back home at UA. So. Um. Everyone can say hi? Oh, and if anyone is in Autumn and has any tips for him? I'm a Spring, so it isn't what I've been focusing on, even if I have some notes.

[Because of course he has notes. On all of the different seasons and their abilities. To varying lengths. Naturally, he has focused more on Spring and healing given his situation.

Also. No, nobody is allowed to tell All Might how Bakugo had broke his arm earlier. He's probably still kind of recovering from the pervious mission with the Path of Laceration as it is. The aim here is not to tell him all about what the boys had been up to here, just to introduce everyone to their hero/mentor. Yeah. That.]

Heeeey everybody!

Its been a year since the flags, so you know what? Flag time again!

[He's off screen, a brief picture of a living room, and then there's a flash of color and he's back in frame with a whole bunch of pride flags hang in the wall and couch.]

It was kind of fun making and spreading them around last year, so feel free to ask for specific ones, or just find it in the wild, one of those.

And since it seems it helped inform people about stuff last year, this post is open for discussion! Comments, questions, what is with all these flags, what is LGBTQIA+? In even more lay terms, stuff about gender, romance, and, uh, physical attraction.

I will not be getting into the weeds about physical attraction, but other people are free to talk about it. Though try to keep it PG-13 okay?

But a recent conversation had me wondering, and I just realised that I could ask! I was wondering - how many people here died prior to their arrival in this place?
